Cumbersome Regulations

God forbid that coal-fired power plants should be saddled with "cumbersome regulations". Obviously they should be allowed to trash the planet in whatever manner they find most profitable.

- Globe and Mail
Having dropped Kyoto, and busily dropping regulations for coal and oil, Canada is on a shameful trajectory.
